    The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on page 6, section 12, line 4, by striking all of subdivision (C)and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

    “(C) For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2012, all income of a veteran of the Armed Forces of the United States or any reserve component thereof or of the national guard of this state or any other state who has suffered a hundred percent total and permanent service-connected disability as certified by the Secretary of the Department of Veterans' Assistance or other proper authority, to the extent included in gross income for federal income tax purposes.”
